Shipping policy

FAMWEAR LABEL are hand printed to order, because of this, items are shipped within 5-7 business days of payment .  Delivery may take 5 - 10 days depending on your locality.  

FAMWEAR LABEL is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. FAMWEAR LABEL is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS, FedEx or UPS.

Please be aware that shipping companies are experiencing heavier than normal volumes during this pandemic. Even though we are not affected in house for production, shipping couriers are slightly behind. Which can delay our facility in receiving materials.
